Erin began working for Springboard on a 6 month placement as part of the Kickstart scheme in 2021, and since then has become a permanent member of the team.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys watching films, often taking trips to the cinema to see the latest releases. When not doing that, she likes to draw and paint.
