About Us
Springboard, founded in Congleton in 2003, supports adults aged 19+ with training and career progression. Using government-funded programmes, we provide outreach employability training, personalised advice and guidance, and high-quality, tutor led courses across Cheshire East. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we’re committed to improving lives and increasing our social impact within the local community.

We provide personalised support, open communication, and opportunities to build resilience, ambition, and real-world skills. Our mission is to help individuals feel they belong, develop positive lifelong habits, and experience the transformative power of education and meaningful work.Â
