About this course
This course is ideal for anyone with an interest in mental health who wants to build understanding and create a more supportive workplace for their team and colleagues. It is designed to help businesses embed mental health awareness into everyday working practices and conversations.
By equipping staff with the knowledge and skills to be Mental Health Aware, learners gain the confidence to recognise concerns and offer appropriate support.
Participants will also have access to the newly developed MHFA England App, created to support MHFAiders™ in their role. The app is regularly updated with the latest guidance, tools, and direct access to charities and services for those experiencing mental ill health.
We can also support employers in setting up a structured workplace programme to ensure Mental Health First Aiders are effectively supported in their role. Investing in mental health leads to reduced absenteeism, improved wellbeing, and a happier, healthier, and more productive workforce.
