Ruth runs an ever growing range of cookery courses for Springboard, encouraging participants to save money and eat more healthily by spending 10 minutes in the kitchen. With over 25 years teaching experience behind her, Ruth still spends time online researching new recipe ideas to share with learners.

Away from work, Ruth spends time cycling, swimming and at the gym. An outdoor enthusiast, she’s even been known to pitch her tent in her own back garden during the summer!
