Lynne joined Springboard in 2019. Supporting clients who are looking to develop new skills and get back into work, Lynne enjoys the diversity of people that she meets and tutors, and finds great job satisfaction when someone gets the job they wanted.

Away from work, Lynne enjoys walking her dog and socialising with friends and family. Just don’t tell anyone she’s a closet Love Island fan.
