Helen spends much of her working day with clients, helping them with their CV’s and looking for appropriate work opportunities. Sometimes, that can also mean identifying skills development through training.

After a typically hectic working week, Helen spends weekends away supporting her daughter who events horses, or relaxing at home with a good book and a glass of wine.
