LC Trust Management Ltd are a family run Garden and Property Maintenance company. The company predominantly provides garden maintenance services to the local Cheshire area, including; lawn cutting, hedge tidying, lawn care, jet washing, planting, and some smaller landscaping works. We also provide other property maintenance services through our network of sub-contractors. The company are looking for an ambitious HR and Finance Assistant to carry out the following (but not conclusive) tasks: 

  1. Liaise with Managing Director to ensure all appropriate policies are created and up to date 
  1. Work closely with the Outbound Sales and Marketing Assistant to ensure gardeners are aware of bookings and workloads 
  1. Design and implement a timesheet process for gardeners, which will feed into the payroll process 
  1. Take ownership for invoicing customers, based on the information provided by the gardeners and the Outbound Sales and Marketing Assistant. 
  1. Improve the invoicing process and design a flexible approach for the future 
  1. Take ownership of the payroll for all staff members, ensuring staff are paid in a timely manner and all documentation and payments to HMRC are made within the required deadlines 
  1. Provide basic training for new members of staff, where applicable 
  1. Maintain accurate records to facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR and Finance function 
  1. Undertake general office duties as required
