Human Resources and Administration Assistant
DC Assist Ltd is a cleaning company which specialises in commercial cleaning in Congleton and surrounding areas. As a company we pride ourselves on high standards, consistency and attention to detail. We are looking to expand our team with individuals who can assist with the growth of the company and to provide assistance within the management team to achieve the goal of being East Cheshire’s number 1 commercial cleaning company.
1. Liaise with the Managing Director to ensure all appropriate policies are created and up to date.
2. Monitor all booking systems
3. Communicate bookings with relevant staff
4. Administer the employment termination process in respect of resignations, end of temporary/fixed term contracts.
5. Provide basic training for new members of staff.
6. Provide an effective recruitment and selection service to recruiting managers, from placing of electronic and printed advertisements, setting up interviews, issuing contracts of employment and providing the new starter process.
7. Maintain accurate records to facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
8. To undertake general office duties as required.
