Entry Requirements
This course requires no previous learning and your Tutor will be on hand to guide you through the course and learning materials.
You can be in work to access this course.
As this course is funded through the UK Shared prosperity fund the criteria for enrolment are :
You must be aged 16 or over.
Be resident in Cheshire East
Been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is aimed at anyone who is considering working with the Customer Service sector, or who wishes to gain further insight into the range of opportunities available to them in the industry.
You may be working and wish to progress in your role, or perhaps you are looking for a new sector to work in.
What will I study?
You will learn about the roles and responsibilities of the sector.
The skills, knowledge and attributes required by employers.
The scope of the industry and how your skills fit.
How will I be assessed?
Through the training and guidance of the tutor you will complete ongoing workbooks and assessment to achieve a Level 1 Award in Customer Service.
Duration
The course runs across 4 consecutive days at our Springboard Riverside office in Congleton.
9.30am – 2.30pm daily.
Lunch is provided for the first three days.
