Anyone who wishes to work on a construction site in the UK requires a CSCS card. Our end to end training and support ensures participants are ready to step on site.
This is a 3 day fully funded Level 1 qualification, designed to provide candidates with fundamental knowledge and understanding of health and safety in a construction environment.
The client will apply directly for their card.
This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Entry Requirements
This course requires no previous learning and your Tutor will be on hand to guide you through the course and learning materials.
You can be in work to access this
As this course is funded through the UK Shared prosperity fund the criteria for enrolment are :
You must be aged 16 or over.
Be resident in Cheshire East
Been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is aimed at anyone who is considering working with the Construction industry, or who wishes to gain further insight into the range of opportunities available to them in construction
You may working and wish to progress in your role, or perhaps you are looking for a new sector to work in.
What will I study?
You will learn about the roles and responsibilities of the sector.
The skills, knowledge and attributes required by employers.
The scope of the industry and how your skills fit.
How will I be assessed?
Through the training and guidance of the tutor you will complete ongoing workbooks and assessment to achieve a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, you will also be funded to take your CSCS card.
Duration
The course runs across 4 consecutives days
9:30am to 3:30pm
