Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator who is highly motivated, well driven with excellent communication/customer skills and willing the learn the Helpdesk role as an apprentice.
The role is to work within our Operations Helpdesk Team learning how to deal with client/customer/contractor and manager requests on a daily basis as well as learning to monitor and close any completed actions to fulfil our SLA’s. As part of the scheme you will also be required to complete a Level 2 Customer Service Qualification as well as demonstrate basic Maths, English and IT skills
