Acorn Occupational Health has a highly qualified close-knit team that is rich in experience. The role is to provide a proactive, confidential and professional customer focused administrative service ensuring consistency in approach and accuracy of advice. To liaise with all members of the Acorn Occupational Health Ltd team to support and assist them in their role of providing Occupational Health services.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including, but not limited to diary management, handling post, e-mails, telephone calls, general correspondence, photocopying, shredding, scanning and report writing.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive advice to customers and promote the services provided by Acorn Occupational Health including, Absence Management, Occupational Health Surveillance, Wellbeing Initiatives, Immunisation, Training and Biological testing
- Handle customer enquiries & requests, co-ordinate and track progress, ensuring customer liaison throughout the process
